1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Aditya Patange (doing business as SEA Records™), concerning your access to and use of the SEA Records website, services, and all related content, products, and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and intellectual property on this website and in our services are the exclusive property of Aditya Patange and SEA Records™, unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

• All music, beats, lyrics, and audio content.
• The Buddho Shambho AI Platform™ and all associated technology.
• Website design, graphics, and visual elements.
• Written content, blog posts, and documentation.
• Logos, branding materials, and trademarks.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Services and Client Work

3.1 Ownership of Client Work

For commissioned work (production, mixing, mastering, ghostwriting, brand songs):

• Clients receive full commercial rights to the final delivered work upon full payment.
• SEA Records retains the right to use completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any custom beats, instrumentals, or compositions created specifically for a client become the client's property upon payment.
• Ghostwriting work is confidential and ownership transfers completely to the client.

3.2 Artist Rights

SEA Records operates on a principle of artist empowerment:

• Artists retain 100% ownership of their master recordings.
• Artists retain 100% of their publishing rights.
• No exploitative contracts or hidden clauses.
• All agreements are transparent and artist-friendly.

4. Buddho Shambho AI Platform™

The Buddho Shambho AI Platform™ is proprietary technology owned by Aditya Patange. Use of the platform is subject to:

• Acceptance of these Terms and any additional platform-specific terms.
• Prohibition of reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Prohibition of using the platform to create competing AI services.
• Content created using the platform belongs to the user, but the underlying AI technology remains our property.

5. Payment Terms

All services require payment as agreed upon before project commencement or delivery:

• Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Final deliverables are released only upon full payment.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or content for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity.
• Creating content that infringes on others' intellectual property.
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Impersonating SEA Records, Aditya Patange, or any affiliated entities.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated data collection without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aditya Patange and SEA Records™ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Third-party actions or content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aditya Patange, SEA Records™, and all affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Any content you submit or create using our services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aditya Patange / SEA Records™ regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
